Hi, I'm Kara.

I'm the girl behind Kara Sue Photography.

I'm here for the in between moments, the belly laughs, the windblown hair, the little hands reaching for yours, the chaos, the quiet, and all the perfectly imperfect pieces that make your story yours.

I've been behind the camera for 8 years, starting in my high school journalism class. What started as something I loved very quickly became something I couldn't imagine not doing. Today, I photograph seniors, couples, families, new bundles of joy, and all kinds of amazing stories throughout Northwestern Pennsylvania.

My approach is simple - you don't have to know how to pose, you don't have to be photogenic, and you most definitely do not have to have everything together. Come as you are, and I will make sure you leave with photographs that feel like YOU.

When I don't have the camera in my hand, you can usually find me sipping on a fun bevy, soaking up the sunshine, and listening to music.
